Designed as a welcoming space for both pets and their humans, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and share everyday moments together while waiting for grooming, spa sessions, photography appointments, or pick-up time.

For suitable pets, Paws & Pause also serves as a comfortable cage-free waiting area before and after grooming or photography sessions, allowing them to relax in a calm and familiar environment rather than spending extended periods in a kennel.

Just a gentle reminder for everyone sharing the space:
Please keep an eye on your pet while enjoying the lounge, as every little personality is unique. Behaviors such as mounting, rough play, excessive barking, or toy guarding should be gently redirected if they make others uncomfortable.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that food and treats not be offered in the shared lounge area. Even the friendliest pets can become a little too excited around snacks.

For quieter bonding time, private mini spaces are available for treats, refreshments, and one-on-one moments with your furry family member.
